  • UK: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

We do not refund orders lost due to an incorrect address.

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
However, we can help file a claim with the courier.
